I have learned so many interesting and useful information about ramen soup making.
It was a lot of information to absorb in 5 days course.
Yes. Making soup from scratch was certainly helpful.
As well as the one-on-one instruction where information and know ledge of ramen can be taught personally.
I have discovered that certain noodles can be used in most kinds of soups. I think there are some adjustments that I need to make to ramen to accommodate the American customers tastes.
I hope that with the knowledge that I learned of Miyajima ramen school that I can successfully open an authentic style of Japanese ramen shop.
